Home Profile & Emergency Reference
Know your home before you need to.
Along with completing the work, PREVO builds a practical record of your home—documenting critical controls, equipment details, safety resources, and recurring maintenance needs.
Real-life exampleYou may have a fire extinguisher—but is it accessible, in usable condition, and known to everyone in the home?
01
We locate it.
Accessible water, electrical, gas, irrigation, pool, and other important control locations are identified and photographed.
02
We document it.
Safety equipment, shutoff locations, household emergency details, and supporting photos become part of your organized home record.
03
We prioritize it.
Missing extinguishers, outdated alarms, absent escape equipment, unanchored furniture, and similar gaps become clear next steps.
04
We help improve it.
Eligible battery replacement, furniture anchoring, labeling, and emergency-supply organization can be completed during available visit time.
PREVO provides homeowner-level documentation and eligible maintenance—not emergency response, code certification, or a regulated fire, pool, electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, or home inspection.
Clear service boundaries
Included care. Clear options for additional time.
Your scheduled visit can be used for preventive maintenance and eligible small home tasks. PREVO does not diagnose system faults or perform major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, roofing, or structural projects as part of scheduled preventive care.

Work extending beyond the scheduled visit
Text task details and photos ahead of time. PREVO confirms additional time and pricing before billing. Materials, specialty surfaces, two-person tasks, and unsafe work may be declined. Regulated or permitted work beyond PREVO’s authorized scope is referred to the appropriate professional.
What’s handled separately
The right work, by the right professional.
PREVO combines preventive maintenance, eligible small home tasks, and select basic replacements. Major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, alarm, pest-control, landscaping, tree removal, mold, and emergency work remains separate.
Light vegetation clearance is limited to small, reachable branches, vines, and shrubs handled from stable ground with hand tools. Larger, elevated, storm-damaged, utility-adjacent, or hazardous tree work is documented and referred to a qualified tree professional.
If a requested task requires a permit, system disassembly, technical diagnosis, or work beyond PREVO’s authorized scope, we stop and recommend the appropriate professional.
