Text task details and photos ahead of time. PREVO confirms additional time and pricing before billing. Materials, specialty surfaces, two-person tasks, and unsafe work may be declined. Regulated or permitted work beyond PREVO’s authorized scope is referred to the appropriate professional.

PREVO combines preventive maintenance, eligible small home tasks, and select basic replacements. Major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, alarm, pest-control, landscaping, tree removal, mold, and emergency work remains separate.

Light vegetation clearance is limited to small, reachable branches, vines, and shrubs handled from stable ground with hand tools. Larger, elevated, storm-damaged, utility-adjacent, or hazardous tree work is documented and referred to a qualified tree professional.

If a requested task requires a permit, system disassembly, technical diagnosis, or work beyond PREVO’s authorized scope, we stop and recommend the appropriate professional.
