These terms govern prevohome.com. Membership services are governed separately by the PREVO Membership Agreement.
Informational content
Task examples do not guarantee suitability, acceptance, availability, or completion. Safety, access, time, materials, licensing, product instructions, and actual conditions control.
Text messaging terms
Members who expressly opt in may receive transactional messages from PREVO about their Home List and membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of membership. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No professional or emergency advice
The website and Ask PREVO do not provide regulated inspection, engineering, legal, insurance, emergency, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or other licensed advice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or misuse its content or AI features.
Intellectual property
PREVO names, logos, designs, copy, task organization, reports, and site content are owned by or licensed to PREVO.
Availability
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Florida law governs these terms subject to nonwaivable consumer law.
